I. Order Processing Time
How Long Does It Take to Process an Order?
Order processing includes: receiving your order, verifying payment, picking products from our warehouse, packing them securely, and handing them to the carrier.
Standard processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Example: You place an order on Monday at 2:00 PM CST. It will likely ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Prime Day, etc.), processing may take 3–5 business days due to high order volume. We always display any processing delays on our website banner.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on a business day are often processed the same day. Orders placed after that time will begin processing the next business day.
Weekend orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
What Affects Processing Time?

II. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use the following carriers for domestic shipments:

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold (e.g., 50,75, or $100 depending on current promotions). The free shipping threshold is clearly displayed on our website and at checkout. Free shipping applies only to standard ground delivery within the contiguous 48 states.
Delivery estimate example: If your order processes on Monday and ships on Tuesday, you can expect delivery between Friday and the following Tuesday.

Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.
Important: Expedited shipping refers to delivery time after the order has been processed. Processing still takes 1–2 business days. For example, if you place a Next Day Air order on Thursday at 3:00 PM CST, it will process on Friday and deliver on Monday (since Saturday and Sunday are not business days for Next Day Air).

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times:

Important for APO/FPO: You must provide the complete address format, including the unit number and APO/FPO code. We are not responsible for delays caused by military postal systems. Tracking may not update once the package leaves the US.

Customs, Duties, Taxes (Important!)
When you order from EverMood for delivery outside the United States, you are the importer of record. This means:

EverMood does not collect these fees at checkout. The price you pay on our website is for the product and shipping only.

Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet or exceed a minimum purchase amount. The current threshold is displayed on our website (typically 50,75, or $100). Free shipping applies only to standard ground delivery within the contiguous 48 United States. It does not apply to:

V. Tracking Your Order
How to Get Your Tracking Number
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

When Does Tracking Start Working?
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to show any activity after you receive the email. This is normal – the carrier needs time to scan the package into their system.
If after 3 business days your tracking number still shows “Label Created” or “Not Found”, please contact us.
What If My Tracking Says “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive It?

Check with neighbors, family, or building staff.

Look around your property (back porch, bushes, garage).

Wait 1 extra day – sometimes carriers mark delivered early.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number – they can provide GPS coordinates.

If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan.
We will assist in filing a claim. However, once a carrier marks a package as delivered, our liability is limited. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting “Signature Required” (additional fee may apply – contact us to add this).
Split Shipments (Multiple Boxes)
Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes (e.g., a cookware set might come in two separate boxes, or a plant stand may have separate boxes for metal frame and wood shelves). You will receive a separate tracking number for each box. Check your shipping confirmation email carefully – it may list 2, 3, or even more tracking IDs.
If you receive only part of your order and the tracking shows all boxes delivered, contact us within 7 days.
VI. Delivery Issues – Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
A package is considered “lost” if:

Tracking has not updated for 15 consecutive business days (domestic) or 25 business days (international) after the last scan, AND

The estimated delivery date has passed by more than 10 days.
If your package is lost, contact us. We will:

Important: We cannot process a refund for a lost package until the carrier has concluded its investigation, unless we choose to do so at our discretion.
Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you believe the package was stolen from your property:

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, torn packaging, etc.):

APO/FPO Military Addresses
We gladly support our military members. Please use the full APO/FPO address format:

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary from 10–20 business days. Tracking may stop once the package leaves the US. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lost APO packages if USPS confirms delivery to the military post office.
Hazardous Materials
We do not sell hazardous materials (flammable liquids, compressed gases, etc.). All our products are safe for standard shipping.
Oversized Items
Some very large products (e.g., extra‑wide plant stands, 17‑piece cookware sets) may exceed carrier dimensional limits for standard shipping. If this occurs, we will contact you with a revised shipping quote. You may cancel your order for a full refund if you do not wish to pay the additional cost.
Address Verification
We use an automated address verification system. If your address is incomplete or cannot be validated, we may hold your order and contact you for clarification. Incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery or return to sender will incur additional shipping charges.
VIII. Shipping Insurance
Does EverMood Insure Packages?
Yes. All orders shipped from our warehouse include basic shipping insurance up to the value of the products (covers loss or damage during transit, with certain exclusions). This insurance is provided at no extra cost to you.

X. International Shipping – Additional Details

Delivery Time Variations
International delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks, depending on your country’s efficiency, holidays, and random inspections. We have no control over this process.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery but no one is available to sign (if signature is required) or pay customs fees, the package may be held at a local depot. You are responsible for arranging redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned to us due to your failure to take action, we will refund the product cost minus original and return shipping fees (which can be substantial).
International Tracking Limitations
Some carriers (especially USPS) have limited tracking once the package leaves the US. You may see only “Processed Through Facility” or “In Transit to Next Facility”. That is normal. For full tracking, choose DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.

During major holidays, carriers may have adjusted schedules and longer delivery times.

XIII. Order Splitting (Partial Shipments)
If your order contains items that are in stock and items that are backordered, we may split the shipment:
